Love it in here. Staff is awesome. Facilities are nice, clean, organized. Just had my first crossfit session ever with Coach Kim and she was so encouraging and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you for your patience and great explanations. Can’t wait to come back!
Great gym to work out and learn about your body. The equipment is clean and easy to use.
Owner Anthony is very good looking and taught me how to sing . Facility is excellent and immaculate as well.
Great people. Very encouraging. Excellent results (pre covid) I paid for the year in advance and they wouldn't honor it after the lock down. Its not that much to simply honor the time I paid for considering everyone else pays month to month and you made ZERO from them. Its such a petty cheap move i can never even look at them without complete disdain and disgust. Typical tribe move
