Awesome gym! Great workouts provided. Definitely should give it a try if you’re looking for a new gym to attend in your area.
Visiting from NC and they were so welcoming! I would definitely recommend this gym for anyone, no matter where they're at on their journey. The group had varying ages and abilities and the coach worked with each person. The other gym goers were friendly and welcomed me into their community. Will be visiting again next time I'm in the area 🩵

Recently moved to the Newington area and looking for a new gym. Dropped in and was blown away. Topside and kevin the gym owner are very welcoming and friendly. Was able to comfortably workout in and clean and safe environment. 10/10
This gym is incredible. Not only are the amenities awesome, but the community is very cool and encouraging. The owners Hayley and Kevin are super nice and really welcoming. This is my favorite gym to do a Murph in. Can’t wait to come back to this gym. 11 out of 10 would definitely recommend.
