Joined in for the Murph while visiting my friend and had the best experience! This gym is full of good energy and supportive, friendly people. The coach, Kevin, and the members made me feel extremely welcome, and the atmosphere was very motivating. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area and highly recommend this gym for anyone who is interested in getting started with Crossfit!

I haven’t done CrossFit since I was a teenager, and I am so happy I joined Topside. After moving to the area and trying several other gyms, I finally found exactly what I was looking for. As a former college athlete, I crave structure and a team-oriented environment; Topside delivers both. The owners, Haley and Kevin, are wonderful !
