My partner and I dropped into this gym while visiting Houston. This gym offers a wide variety for anyone interested in functional fitness in the area. The coaches that I was able to meet while here, are both highly skilled and educated individuals when it comes to exercise science. What a fantastic place, truly!!

Awesome People ! They have so many clients that seem to be so happy there. I am in a flower shop next door , I do not work out with them, but today they cared for my Baby boy dog , while I had to go to the hospital via Ambulance. Thank you Cross Fit Almeda for your kindness .
Great gym, great community. Staff is super knowledgeable and were very friendly to drop ins! Highly recommended!
