Just dropped into this CrossFit gym and had an awesome experience. Anthony made me feel welcome right away—super approachable, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about everyone getting the most out of the workout. The environment is positive, motivating, and perfect for all levels. Great programming and an even better community. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a solid workout and good people!!
My partner and I dropped into this gym while visiting Houston. This gym offers a wide variety for anyone interested in functional fitness in the area. The coaches that I was able to meet while here, are both highly skilled and educated individuals when it comes to exercise science. What a fantastic place, truly!!

Awesome People ! They have so many clients that seem to be so happy there. I am in a flower shop next door , I do not work out with them, but today they cared for my Baby boy dog , while I had to go to the hospital via Ambulance. Thank you Cross Fit Almeda for your kindness .
