I have been attending for 4 years and really enjoy the community at this gym. All fitness backgrounds are able to find a workout scaled to their ability. Very welcoming and encouraging environment for new members.
CrossFit Tipton provides a place for everyone no matter your fitness level or even your age. Every workout can be adapted whether you are a beginner, injured, or a veteran. When I say age, it doesn’t mean there are kids running around all the time but there are kids camps and events that include your children.
