Good instruction, knowledge and energy in the classes. Coaches challenge and motivate you to do your best whether your RX'ing or you need to scale the session. Awesome people to work out with. CrossFit Time Warp is majorly a community of working professionals with a few students and others happily retired. Athletes are serious but not too serious, this attitude flows from the hardworking and fun head coaches Alyssa and Reese. Reese is sharp with jokes and Alyssa will cackle along with your best stories. Both are attentive to your form ready to provide correction and encourage you to do more than you thought you could.
