All around a great gym experience. I’ve been going for personal training for almost one year and wouldn't go anywhere else. Great for all levels of fitness and a very welcoming vibe!
The Tiffin Training Company is fantastic! My two sons who run Cross Country and Track have improved dramatically from working with the trainers/coaches in the high school athlete program. Would highly recommend Justin and his team to anyone! Keep up the great work!!!
I attend the Silver Fit class twice a week and my strength, flexibility, balance and stamina have really improved. Rich is great and helps us accomplish our goals while making the class fun! It's worth every penny!
