I can't say enough good things about this location. Whether you're a beginner (or don't know where to start) in your health journey, or whether you are a pro and looking to take your fitness to the next level, Justin and his team are wonderful at helping you get to your goals. Personally, I have a bad back and knees from years in the military, but they have alternate exercises for virtually everything. Justin at CrossFit Tiffin has been incredible! He not only pushes me in workouts but also helped me plan healthy meals that fit my goals. His guidance has made a huge difference in getting me on track and feeling stronger every day. Highly recommend Justin if you’re serious about getting in shape!
Just started CrossFit Tiffin, so far, it has been great. The gym area is very nice, clean and well organized. They have a scheduling app that makes it easy to plan out your week and keep you on track. Coaches are awesome! Always friendly and willing to help you out.
