Love this place
CrossFit tides is amazing! Let myself go and Emily (the owner) assured me we could get me back on the horse. Everyone is very welcoming and helps with any knowledge needed. Everyone wants everyone to succeed. Including Emily’s husband, Brian helped me through an entire workout making sure I was ok before he began his own. Very grateful.

It's difficult to put into words how wonderful both the staff and people are at Crossfit Tides. The environment is so welcoming, very happy I've joined! (:
Really welcoming gym community and coaches are great at scaling for all fitness and experience levels. Also Emily is great at finding a membership or drop-in option that works best even if you're only in town for a short while like I was.
