Becky was welcoming for my first time joining the group. I love she really motivated the group and kept things moving! Such an awesome place!!
Coach Becky is an amazing instructor! Love that she pushes everyone to work harder. She personally helps me to pick the correct weight on the workouts so that I won’t gas myself out before the later rounds. She’s very knowledgeable and cares about doing the lifts with the right form and less weight rather than more weight and bad form.
Great class! Attentive coaching. Really felt welcome.
I loved the class with Becky. She knows her stuff. Her instruction and coaching was very clear. All around a great atmosphere.
