I’ve been going to CrossFit the Ville for almost two months now and love it. The community is amazing and the programming is excellent. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming, even though I’m a complete beginner to CrossFit! I already see this gym as somewhere I’ll be apart of for as long as I’m in Louisville.
Great gym, coaches and programming. Their dedication goes beyond fitness to offer a real sense of community.
