Update 3/16/2026: Even though I recently moved a bit farther away from Allendale, I still come back every weekend to work out with my CFTR crew. I’ve made some great friendships here, and the community is a big part of what keeps me coming back. Everything I said in my original review still stands - the coaching, programming, and atmosphere are all top-notch. CFTR is a super-friendly, family-oriented place where you can get a great workout in without getting judged on how fit you are. They strive for doing the workouts right, and keeping them enjoyable. They have good equipment and a nice clean gym. I've been going many years!
March 2026 update: I recently hit my 500th class in less than two years and I still love every aspect of this community. I continue to feel challenged and can accomplish things I never thought possible. The support from the coaches and fellow athletes really make this a special place!
