March 2026 The best part of my morning is at CFTR! Our community keeps us all committed! Our coaches are encouraging and keep us smiling with their humor! Hard to believe that it’s been 3 years!! Update 3/16/2026: Even though I recently moved a bit farther away from Allendale, I still come back every weekend to work out with my CFTR crew. I’ve made some great friendships here, and the community is a big part of what keeps me coming back. Everything I said in my original review still stands - the coaching, programming, and atmosphere are all top-notch. It really says a lot about this gym that I’m happy to make the drive just to be there, get a workout in with everyone, and hang out for the post-workout coffee afterwar... read more
CFTR is a super-friendly, family-oriented place where you can get a great workout in without getting judged on how fit you are. They strive for doing the workouts right, and keeping them enjoyable. They have good equipment and a nice clean gym. I've been going many years!
March 2026 update: I recently hit my 500th class in less than two years and I still love every aspect of this community. I continue to feel challenged and can accomplish things I never thought possible. The support from the coaches and fellow athletes really make this a special place!
