The facility is beautiful and comprehensive. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone I met there is super friendly. Drop in for a really good workout and to meet cool people!
4 Chicken breasts in a slow cooker. 1.5 teaspoons of minced garlic. 1 Tablespoon of chili powder. 2 teaspoons cumin. 1 teaspoons cayenne pepper. 1 teaspoon oregano. Then add 2 cans of black beans, rinsed of course. I like to do 2 cans of diced roasted tomatoes with green chilis. Cook on low for 7.5 hours and shred it makes 7 - 10 servings depending on the size of the chicken breasts. I like to make burritos but it's also good with rice. Great gym btw.
Coach was engaged with the class and very friendly and knowledgeable. The people were friendly and welcoming as well.
Super welcoming environment... dropped in for two classes while here for work. Both instructors were great! Excellent facility. Friendly folks :)
We dropped in for a few days when we were visiting. It is a great facility, great community, and overall a very fun few classes. We will definitely drop in again if we are in the area.
