I have worked out at this Box for almost 8 years. I have traveled to many other Boxes around the Country and this is by far the most welcoming and friendly! Equipment is very poor May 2026.
I've been doing CrossFit for over 15 years and this is one of the best gyms I've been a part of. Quality equipment, clean facility, friendly and knowledgeable coaches. Highly recommend!!
UPDATE: Since the gym has been under new ownership it has improved a lot. A lot of changes have happened. Other changes are planned to include much needed new equipment. The gym is actually open at least 15 minutes before class starts in the morning. It looks and feels like it has owners that actually care and want to improve the gym as well as create a solid community. Original: Love the people I train with. No real coaching takes place at all.
