Today is my one year anniversary. One of my best decisions I have made in the last year was to join Crossfit TFB. Great people and great coaches who are in patient in showing you the proper technique. Nobody judges and just overerall good vibes.

Nicole is the best !! This gym caters to all levels of fitness. Highly recommend.
5/5 these instructors know what they are doing and pay very close attention to ensuring good form when lifting. Went with a lifelong friend and had never been to CrossFit before. Be prepared to have your butt kicked in the best sense!
