Best CrossFit gym on the Northern Gold Coast/Ormeau. CrossFit Tempered has great coaches, well-structured programming and a really supportive community. The atmosphere is welcoming and workouts are scaled properly so anyone can get involved, whether you’re new to CrossFit or experienced. Classes run smoothly, coaching is attentive, and the overall vibe makes it easy to stay consistent. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quality CrossFit gym in the Ormeau/Northern Gold Coast area.
Having recently moved to the Gold Coast, Hyd's and the team were amazing in welcoming my wife and I into the Tempered Community. The coaching staff are incredible at doing whatever is safely possible to accommodate injuries (not sustained at Tempered) with scaled workouts to avoid any further recovery delays. The in-house comps are always a blast.
Best CrossFit gym on the northern end of the Gc! Great coaches, caters to all levels and family friendly! If you are living on the northern end of the coast, give CrossFit Tempered a try…you will definitely love it!
