This is an old complaint of unfair subscription charges, but it still bothers me 2 years later. I still feel angry thinking about it, especially after recently being scammed in a similar way by another company. I’m still giving 5 stars because Michelle was always very nice in our communication. I appreciate her follow up and welcoming attitude. I have not met her in person. The gym is nice- very functional yet spacious. Not too hot. I am naturally a more reserved person- so I always keep that in mind in my experiences… but I was a bit shocked when she followed up and said Ben said I did a god job… because he was a bit rude. Great community. I was not looking forward to leaving my gym when I moved from Prescott, and then I came here and I was welcomed by the coaches and members. Its a great gym, with really good programing.
CrossFit Tempe is a very good place to work out and get back in shape. The coaches are very nice, very friendly, they’re attentive and overall make you feel welcomed at the gym! They all make everyone feel included into the community with a daily introduction and question to each member of the gym (something I’ve never seen in any other CrossFit) and they perform cool activities combining workouts to have fun sometimes.
