Patrick is a phenomenal personal trainer. I have chronic knee issues (worn cartilage, minor knee surgery) and before joining this gym, for the last 5 years, struggled improving my health, put on 60lbs (up to 300lbs), etc. In the last 6 months I have dropped 15lbs whilst going from not being able to squat my body weight to squatting an additional +160lb. I never thought something like this - for me - was possible. Huge thank you to the gym and Patrick for helping achieve this. Due to the results my wife has joined this gym.
Coach Patrick changed my life. Sounds dramatic, but it's true! I had a back injury last year, which I'd gone through extensive physical therapy for, but the pain was still an issue for me an entire year. I went from lifting weights 3-4x a week at home, to not lifting at all because i kept reinjuring myself. My physical therapist told me I might not be able to do moves like a dumbell snatch anymore EVER IN MY LIFE because of what my midback was doing when I tried.
