I have only been a member at Crossfit Teesside since April 2025 and it has been one of the best workout experiences I have had in 40years of dedicated exercise. The workouts push you to your own limits, the highly qualified coaches are dedicated, supportive and most of all encouraging to the diverse group of members. The training is scaled to individual ability so everyone can do it. If you're looking for a challenge in your exercise routine Teesside Crossfit is definitely the place to find it.

Not the first time I’ve dropped in and it won’t be the last. Great space, excellent coaching and a very welcoming community. If you’re looking for a new fitness community in the area you should give this place a try. If your like me and just dropping in they couldn’t be more welcoming. 2 years today I completed my first WOD, today was my 465th, I can honestly say I’ve never felt fitter or stronger & I’ve accomplished things I never thought were possible. CrossFit Teesside has completely transformed my fitness, the coaches are incredibly supportive but what truly sets it apart is the community, everyone’s so welcoming, not only have I got fitter but I’ve made some lovely friends too! I can’t recommend CrossFit Teeside highly enough if you’re looking to train hard & feel like part of a fitness family!
