Great coaches - great programming
This gym has an awesome environment, and the staff makes sure to connect with you as soon as you walk through the door! I highly recommend if you are interested in a great workout with good people
WONDERFUL GYM. The coach was super responsive and quick to answer my messages. The space was spotless and very well laid out. Members were welcoming and introduced themselves when I arrived. Chris actually provided me feedback on my cleans, which I feel like doesn’t happen much for a drop-in. I would absolutely recommend this gym and can’t wait to come back.
As a 36 yearold mother of 3, I have been nothing short of amazed at what my body has accomplished at CrossFit Tantrum with the help of the amazing coaches! The coaches really take the time to help me with my technique, as well as constant encouragement from both the coaches and my peers. CrossFit Tantrum is a fun place to workout with a large/clean facility, and all of the equipment necessary to get a great sweat session in!
