I’ve been doing Crossfit for a few years at a couple of different places and I never knew what I was missing until I came to Crossfit Tango. Tom and T are an amazing team. They are great coaches that are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about your growth. No matter what your goals are, this is the place to help you achieve them. I couldn’t recommend this gym enough!
Wow, what a great gym! Really fun and challenging programming from some coaches that really know what they’re talking about. Will definitely continue training here.
I swear I didn’t even like CrossFit until I came here. The owners are so nice! They modified my workout so it was challenging, but also enjoyable. TC has so much experience with muscles, body form, etc that I was even able to complete my workout without the usual knee pain I have! The people are amazing. You have to try this gym!
I joined CrossFit Tango 4 months ago, and could not be happier with the decision. In these 4 months I have seen nothing but positive results in both my body composition and athletic ability. The coaches are knowledgable, friendly, and patient. This is the only gym in Wilmington that I would recommend people to train at.
