About this business
Established in 2013. We started like most CrossFIt gyms, in our garage. We then purchase our current facility and have grown up to 250 members strong and added on to our building twice give us just shy of 10,000 sq ft of work space.

John and Rachelle have really worked themselves to the bone to improve this gym and the crossfit experience for everybody. Unlike other gyms they do their best to remove cliques, gossip, and poor behavior. They're willing to help out any level if athlete to get where they need to be.
I’ve been to several CrossFit gyms and this one is the best I’ve been to. The members are like family, the coaches are kind, attentive and helpful, and the gym is spacious and well equipped.

Walked in there trying to get an open workout in and was greeting like a lifelong member. Great atmosphere, great owner. He even showed me around and we talked for 30 minutes. Super nice gym, just an overall great experience.
