Getting into CrossFit can be intimidating but this place makes it seamless. The coaches are all awesome - both welcoming and knowledgeable. They find a great balance between making sure your form is correct while also encouraging you to push yourself. The members are also encouraging and they’ve clearly built a great community. Highly recommend if you want to get stronger and have a great workout!
