CrossFit takeoff helped me find my fitness routine again after Covid. The members and coaches are so welcoming and helpful. I am happy to say I have found my new fitness home there for the past 2 years and have found so many inspiring and helpful people.
I have been coming to CrossFit Takeoff (“CFTO”) for almost 4 years. I never thought I could do CrossFit, but decided to give it a try after talking with some friends that convinced me that it is in fact, for everyone. I was born with my left arm extending only to my elbow, so I wasn’t sure if I fit into that “everyone” bucket.
