Tailwinds is in a great location for those of us in the mandarin area and surrounding areas with close access to the I-295 beltway and I-95. I love that it’s overall clean, has plenty of equipment and in great condition. A friendly community, fantastic programming and knowledgeable coaches who are actively engaged supporting athletes from beginners to advanced members. Outstanding programming, community of vigor, accessibility, diversity of fitness methods. CrossFit Tailwinds is one of the best CrossFit gyms I’ve dropped in while in Jacksonville for work. They have a variety of classes which cater to the diverse athlete or just your average Joe who wants to move every day. The coaches are all fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about exercise science. The community is absolutely fantastic and welcoming. I felt like part of the family instantly.
