Love this space. It's top-notch for community, fitness, and fun! The coaches are first-rate and the workouts are substantial. If you're considering adding fitness to your routine, absolutely give this one a try.

This is my first experience with CrossFit and not something I ever thought I’d be able to do. I joined a class specifically designed for seniors and beginners, of which I am both. The coach, Zach DeMeester, makes sure each person is working within their own fitness level, having correct form and technique. Nearly anyone can do CrossFit like this!

My first CrossFit gym experience and I have been super impressed with how kind, welcoming and patient everyone has been as I learn the ins and outs. Great coaches that care about you as a person in addition to your health and fitness. Prices are unbeatable/very affordable which just goes to show that they care about building the local fitness community not just making a profit. I wish I was living in Sylva after graduating just so I could keep going to CrossFit Swerve!
