I’ve been to a lot of CrossFit boxes over the years, but this one stands out as one of the best that I have ever been to — thanks COACH JANA! Unique blend of leadership and energy from the moment you walk in, you feel the difference: the atmosphere is positive, inclusive, and electric. I have been a member at CrossFit surmount for 5 years. Has been a great gym with excellent coaches and community. Great facilities and location in Apex.
I've been a member of several gyms over the years (NYSC, and others), but nothing comes close to the experience I've had at CrossFit Surmount in Apex, NC. This place has completely changed my perspective on what a gym can be. When I signed up, I got a personal call from Tom, the owner. That level of personal attention right from day one was incredible and set the tone for everything that followed. I Love this place. Especially the mentorship, motivation and the Push I get from my Coaches are top notch. They make things from highly impossible to possible always. As a Person I am working out for the first time in my life being 37 years old, I m now proud to say CROSSFIT SURMOUNT is my Happy Place for an hour a day. Coach Marni and Jana are the best for me. Fellow People here are more than a Family. It's the BEST.. Highly Recommend!!!
