Great people and amazing workouts! I would recommend this to anybody of any age.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of classes to choose from. I'm new to these workouts and they always helped out if I didn't know a certain exercise.
Was visiting the area from PA and dropped in for two classes. Nice clean gym. Coaches and members were very welcoming and friendly at both classes. Highly recommend
What a great community minded, warm and welcoming environment! Oh and the workout is pretty amazing too!
