Dropped in and had class with Jeremy, the gym owner, and it was a great experience. Super nice and professional. Very knowledgeable took the time to go over all of the movements for the workout and made me feel very welcomed. Definitely recommend for anyone of any experience level to come check out the gym especially for the great community!
Very welcoming and willing to meet you were you are. Jeremy and Dina are some of the best coaches and are not afraid to get in there and do it with you, without being in your face about it!
Great people and amazing workouts! I would recommend this to anybody of any age.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of classes to choose from. I'm new to these workouts and they always helped out if I didn't know a certain exercise.
