Great coaching! Fun workouts!
Training at CrossFit Supercell is what sets you apart. I have been training here for 3 years and recently took a break. I started going to a gym closer to my home but let me tell you, I missed Supercell every day. The atmosphere is unmatched, the coaches are excellent, and the community is one-of-a-kind. Believe me when I say that there is no better place to be at 5:00am than training with us at CrossFit Supercell!
Very flexible gym with very welcoming people. We came to this gym due to its flexible schedule options but have really enjoyed the new community we’ve joined. You can see the workouts the night before to help you plan your week, which is essential for a very busy household like ours. There are a lot of scaling options for people who are getting back into the swing of things (like me) or are looking to push themselves. I’d encourage you to come try a free class on Saturdays!
I was worried I would be to old and out of shape for this style of workout, however the class and the lead instructor were welcoming and encouraging. I made it through and will continue to participate. Great workout and spirit.
What a great community minded, warm and welcoming environment! Oh and the workout is pretty amazing too! whoot whoot!
