Very flexible gym with very welcoming people. We came to this gym due to its flexible schedule options but have really enjoyed the new community we’ve joined. You can see the workouts the night before to help you plan your week, which is essential for a very busy household like ours. There are a lot of scaling options for people who are getting back into the swing of things (like me) or are looking to push themselves. I’d encourage you to come try a free class on Saturdays!
I was worried I would be to old and out of shape for this style of workout, however the class and the lead instructor were welcoming and encouraging. I made it through and will continue to participate. Great workout and spirit.

When youre in the Rockford area you gotta check them out. Dina, the owner, does a great job and really cares about her members and crew. Highly recommend!
Dropped in and had class with Jeremy, the gym owner, and it was a great experience. Super nice and professional. Very knowledgeable took the time to go over all of the movements for the workout and made me feel very welcomed. Definitely recommend for anyone of any experience level to come check out the gym especially for the great community!
