CFSC is the most established CrossFit gym on the Sunshine Coast. We cater to all fitness levels from first timers to current high level competitive CrossFit athletes. We provide a huge amount of coaching and competitive experience, including both indoor and outdoor training facilities, diverse training schedule with additional open gym times, kids area/crèche as well as an amazing welcoming community.

Amazing group of people to train with and the coaches are the best. Greatest feature is gym dog Moo who will stare you down from his throne.
Love training at CrossFit Sunshine Coast. I love that the programming is done for you. All you have to do is show up. Even on the days when motivation is low, just being around the team and coaches lifts you up. Highly recommend for ALL ages, body types and fitness levels.
Love the community and coaches are great especially since I was new to CrossFit.
Dropped into CrossFit Sunshine Coast and couldn’t be more impressed! Coaches were incredibly welcoming and so knowledgeable about everything CrossFit related. Can’t wait to be back!
Attended CrossFit Sunshine Coast with a group of us from our CrossFit gym on the central coast. The staff and members were so welcoming! Gab’s handstand clinic was amazing and insightful definitely will be applying those skills learnt back home. The gyms layout was organised and well equipped and loved the outdoor area! Always enjoyed the instructions from Sergei loved his coaching style 😆 All round great gym and will definitely go back next time I’m around.
