Dropped in for a morning session at Crossfit Sunset Park and had a great experience. Coach Tina ran a tight, well-structured class — clear cues, good energy, and she actually paid attention instead of just letting the clock run. Programming was solid, the space was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming without being soft. People showed up to work. If you’re in Brooklyn and want a legit CrossFit box, this place is worth your time.
At CFSP, everyone was incredibly welcoming on my first day of joining. I was a bit nervous because I’m pregnant and knew I’d have to modify my movements, but everyone was incredibly supportive and made my pregnancy fitness journey much easier. I had been doing CrossFit off and on for years before this, and it’s one of the best boxes I’ve ever attended. Highly recommended!
My second time dropping in here but always enjoy in. They responded quickly, sent me a waiver and processed the drop in fee at the gym. The schedule is easy to view online and Tina was a great coach. Showed up for open gym the next day and Alex was very welcoming as well. It's a well organized space and a good amount of equipment. They were super friendly in the gym and on social media and genuinely loved dropping in here. Would absolutely drop in again and would definitely come here if I were to ever move to the area!
