The location is now closed and has moved over to Briar Creek which I did not move with. During my time at this West location, the workouts were great and the community was greater. The only downside is that the higher-level operations did not feel customer-centric. The move to Briar Creek was unnerving such that the e-mail announcement was titled with Durham, but upon opening, the new location address said Raleigh - it's not necessarily a location upgrade if it's in another city. How can i leave an accurate review when i can’t even get them to give me 5 min on the phone. I call and call. I know they get busy but is this not a business? Why would i spend so much money on a place that can’t even answer the phone for a sec.
Eric was so welcoming and I felt right at home, even though I just dropped in to do my own thing
