My son does kids cross fit at 8am on Sunday. I have been blown away by his improved fitness, form and strength. The coach is patient and keeps the kids engaged and listening. Could not recommend more!!
Great experience with the trial session. I was greeted by the owner upon my entry and although it was my first time there, I felt right at home.
Started my CrossFit journey here and very quickly learned a lot! It’s an awesome box with super knowledgable coaches. Both the coaches and members encourage you and push you to become stronger, physically and mentally. Still learning and still love it!
Well run class. Very welcoming gym to an out of town visitor. Will be back.
