Zac and the whole crew at CrossFit Strength Within were awesome. Super friendly and welcoming. The facility was brand new, with great equipment and a clean space. Highly recommended to anyone living in or passing through the area. I would definitely come back if I’m ever around again!
This gym is like my second home...everyone is always treated just like family and coach Zac is AMAZING! If you're looking for a new gym or even just to drop in, strength within is the place for you!
I absolutely love this gym! Coach Zac is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and makes everyone feel right at home...everyone encourages each other and helps others reach their goals. I couldn't ask for a better environment to work out in, or better people to work out with :) I highly recommend this crossfit gym to anyone and everyone who is looking to create a healthy lifestyle for themselves and get a great workout!
