Great cross fit gym. I was up visiting family and went to the gym. Steve and the other coaches were great. Definitely worth checking out.
Steve and everyone at CrossFit Stonington were so welcoming, and the space is amazing! Steve is super knowledgeable and gave me great ques on various skills.
Steve has been great to work with! Very knowledgeable and always make sure movements are done correctly and safely. He accommodates any level of fitness. This has been a game changer for me!
