Been going to classes here for a few years now. All the coaches are very good. They are constantly moving through the athletes checking for form and helping with questions. There are 3 different levels so anyone can find their fit in each class and they will work with you to find options if you have to scale further. They have a masters class for 60+ athletes that is very popular. Great group of people and a great gym.
The best gym I've ever been a part of! Everyone I met was very welcoming, and the workouts were scalable to meet me at my level and help me build from there. Highly recommend!
Stonefly crosssfit has been a great addition my life an also to my personal fitness. Without this program I feel that there would be a few things that as a person I wouldn’t have achieved in building our cabin an also feeling good about myself. So thanks to Bryce an his work outs I as a person feel more better. Thanks
