Stonefly crosssfit has been a great addition my life an also to my personal fitness. Without this program I feel that there would be a few things that as a person I wouldn’t have achieved in building our cabin an also feeling good about myself. In my opinion, this is the best CrossFit gym in the world! All of the coaches instruct and encourage you in the most personal way. If you show up, they will find a way for you to progress no matter your age, gender or physical limitations. You won't find a better and more personalized workout program for the money. The various classes have teens all the way up to people in their seventies which is a testament to how welcome you will feel and how your needs can be met.
