I have never felt more apart of a community than I do every time I walk into CrossFit Steinbach!! The coaches are incredible and the other members so supportive! Over my last 7 months here I’ve quite literally completely transformed my mental and physical health and I could not have done that without everyone at this gym!!

Very personal service, teaching and they really care about your progress, your goals and challenges. Have been going off and on for a few years and I’m always welcomed back, not just by the staff, but by the community as well! Absolutely wonderful place, and great variety of workouts, as I tend to need variety.
Amazing and very helpful. Colin makes sure you know what your doing even if you have to ask alot . I've always had problems working out but this is actually fun. The hour flys by and you feel amazing after. So glad I joined Crossfit.
