Crossfit Steamboat checks all the boxes for a gym. The coaching is excellent, the warm ups are the BEST, the workout is thoughtful and scalable for all skill levels, moving well takes priority over reps, it is clean and the members are the friendliest!
CrossFit is all about community and this gym is no exception. I've spent over a decade in and out of many CrossFit gyms and can definitively say this one stands apart in the level of coaching, effectiveness of programming and the quality of people that come in and out of the doors.
