Great intense workouts, helped me improve soccer performance and endurance!
Station Athletic is a great place to get fit and healthy! Coach Brittney went over in detail about the 6 weeks try out challenge and I love the work out environment everyone who attends station athletics is friendly and also the coaches are very supportive crating a great work out atmosphere! And the best is conveniently located in East Rutherford within a 10 minutes driving distance from my home town!
