CrossFit is for everyone! Stealth is such a welcoming place and I love the attitude that you’re competing against yourself to get better. You can see your strength improve. It’s a wonderful community if you want that too but not required. All workouts can be scaled back to be accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. The workout is different every day which keeps it fun and exciting.
