Lydia was an incredible coach when I dropped in! She treated me like I was an old friend and coached well. This gym felt like a home away from home. Will definitely be back when I come through town again! Highly recommend!

So happy to have found such a supportive community at Crossfit Staunton. Joining has been the best decision I've made in a long time. Just getting back feels awesome. Very supportive staff and fellow crossfit friends in class!

Love this gym. I am new to area and they made me feel very welcome. This was just my wife’s passion but now it’s becoming mine. Would recommend for any level of fitness.
