Joining CrossFit Stars and Bars was a truly pivotal moment in my life. After having my first child in my 30s, I wasn’t in the best health when I started CrossFit. Over the course of more than a year of training here, my body became significantly healthier, and my life underwent a complete transformation. Every coach at this gym is professional, kind, and gave me the courage to keep going. Drop-in. Nice location, right outside the gate. Friendly staff, clean, organized. WODs were rigorous which is exactly what I was looking for.
