Very friendly and welcoming gym where everyone can exercise and enjoy the session, it doesn’t matter the fitness levels. The coaches are great, they are clearly passionate and knowledgeable. They take care of us to avoid injuries and improve the technique of exercises. They motivate people and celebrate every achievement, which builds a strong community and make us feel part of it. Amazing coaches, really friendly community and accessible to all. I avoided CrossFit for years thinking it would be super bro, cliquey and that it encouraged poor technique.
