Home away from home - I move around a lot and have been a member at 5 other CrossFit gyms over the years - safe to say this is the best community I’ve experienced. Coaches are super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The programming is brilliant - varied and challenging and they always provide good scaling options. Will always come back when I visit and would highly recommend coming here whether your new to fitness or a proficient athlete already!
The best and cheapest crossfit gym you'll ever find
Someone from the base recommended them. I think they were so awesome. It was my forst time trying crossfit versus traditional working out. I wish I had started sooner as I was only out here for 6 months and only came here for the last month and a half. The staff was excellent and the group of people are great. If your stationed out here even if it's only for 2-6 months. Definitely come here. You won't regret it.
