Dropped in with my partner. Really lovely gym and community, coach was super friendly and through with their briefing. Workout was hard but many options to modify. Highly recommend

Best gym experience I've had (and still having!) The guys at CFSTK are incredible. What usually puts me off joining gyms like this is feeling overwhelmed. Not here! Lockie, Dave and Conner have helped me get into shape and provide scaled alternatives to every class so I, and others at my level, can keep training. This gym is 110% inclusive for everyone of all skills, and if you're looking for a gym in St Kilda or its surrounds, I cannot recommend it enough.
Inclusive and progressive with fantastic workouts programmed by expert coaching staff with scaled variants for all abilities. A fantastic gym that I can't recommend highly enough.
Dropped in for a week, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Great coaches, great programming, great facilities. Thanks for having me!
