Absolutely amazing workout. The gym is welcoming and not intimidating. I am just starting out and the staff have been so great. Hannes has been super helpful and really encouraging. I have also met some really great people while working out here. I would 100% suggest giving cross fit spruce grove a try if you want a great workout that is planned and always at your level. No thinking required ;) just show up and sweat :)

I have never been one to go to the gym but I started at CrossFit Spruce Grove two years ago at the age of 45, and I love it! The workouts are always different, so you never get bored, classes are small, and the people are awesome! It really is a community. I started because my back was so messed up I would end up medicated and lying flat on the floor for days. Now I feel stronger than I ever have and I haven’t taken back meds in 1.5 years. AMAZING! I absolutely love this place! Hannes is outstanding! He takes the time with you to explain everything you need to know. The people and environment are so welcoming and kind. My 12 year old son is obsessed as well and has found a new passion within this place. . The gym is very clean, the equipment is wonderful and atmosphere is so great. So happy we found this wonderful gym!
