I joined for just one month and was amazed by how much I learned in such a short time. John creates a warm, welcoming environment, and Barbara is incredibly inspiring—her kindness, support, and encouragement truly stand out. Ive dropped in here before. Johns a great guy and the coaches are awesome people. Great place to go to start a weight loss journey or just to keep pursuing fitness goals.
I had the opportunity to drop in at this box while visiting from out of town and had the most wonderful experience. The people were friendly and so down to earth. The workout was easily scaled to meet the athletic levels of those participating in the WOD. I would 1000% suggest this location to anyone looking for a place to workout either as a regular homebase or if visiting from out of town. I will definitely drop back in the next time I’m in town!
Words can not describe how much I love this gym and team. I committed to 6 months at this box and John and his team helped me find my strength and routine. PR after PR a team of coaches and other athletes were there to celebrate my wins.
