The worst gym in the Spokane area. The owner Zack is rude and unprofessional. How I was treated when I left the gym I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone to be treated so poorly by a “business man.”
Highly recommend! My friend and I planned on dropping in for a day and we had such a wonderful time we came back 3 days in a row! Great workouts, super friendly staff and members, clean environment. I will be back when I’m in town visiting!
Awesome gym!! Dropped in here on a cross country road trip adventure and the experience was top notch. The owner was responsive to our drop in inquiry, the coaching was great, the members were welcoming, space is big, and equipment is clean. Absolutely recommend stopping by as a drop in or joining as a member if you live in the area.
I dropped in on a Saturday class while visiting in town and it was a blast! Jake was coaching. He was very attentive to all members and made class fun! Everyone was super welcoming and friendly. If you're looking for CF gym or just dropping in, I'd definitely recommend CrossFit Spokane Valley!
