One of the first CrossFit gyms to open in the Inland Northwest. We have the most qualified coaches and track record in the surrounding area.

My husband and I have been members since 2012. We love the community the most! You will see people of all ages and abilities. The coaches are fantastic. The owner, Zach is such a caring person. We workout with some of the original founding members which is a testament to CrossFit Spokane Valley’s longevity. I may be biased but the 9:30am class is THE best. Come check it out, you won’t regret it!
