I joined this gym a few months ago with the goal to loose weight and gain strength. At first, I was so nervous about every single workout! But the coaches there have been so supportive and have helped me be comfortable with the workouts and reach my goals. All workouts can be adapted to meet my body’s needs and I love that!! This gym gave us one of the best drop in experiences we (my husband and I) have ever had. Everyone was so friendly, introducing themselves and asking where we are from, it felt like home! We were planning to drop in to other gyms but after such an awesome experience we will be sticking with this one for the duration of our stay! Also the coaching staff was top notch! As an athlete who rarely gets coached, they offered insight to our form that goes overlooked most days. Just a great experience overall - best part of our day!!
