It's hard to beat what CrossFit Southampton offers and I loved being a member for more than 2 years, there many times, every week... It's well run and effective, while the team still manages to be friendly and approachable. Members are encouraging and welcoming, making it easy to fit in :-) I found The coaching to be at a consistently excellent standard, and the facilities and equipment in great condition and plenty of variety. Such a great vibe, really upbeat. I highly recommend it!!
I trained at CFS for 5 months as I stayed in Eastleigh for work and I loved every second of it! There’s really something for everyone, regardless if you want to do CrossFit classes, learn gymnastics and weightlifting, Hyrox, or just do your own thing in open gym. There’s even a sports massage therapist on prem and the best yoga classes I’ve ever had. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly and the community welcomed me with open arms.
