I’ve been going to Crossover Athletics South Surrey for almost two years, and it’s become much more than just a place to work out. Carolyn, the owner and coach, is an amazing and genuinely caring person. She has built a very welcoming, family-oriented community with great people and excellent coaches. Really great experience at Crossover Athletics! Carolyn and the entire team are professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The location is super convenient with plenty of easy parking. I especially love their HYROX training options. They offer a great selection of HYROX classes, and also full HYROX simulations.
