I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to get in shape. The word “CrossFit” can come off intimidating but the community here is quite welcoming. Coach Tara is very dedicated to her members and her care for the gym shows in its organization and cleanliness. Also it has a small section for kids which is very helpful!
My grandson goes there he only 17 and they pay attention to him and make him feel welcomed!! Ty
My son is currently enrolled, and let me tell you, they've treated him superb- They actually acknowledge him and give him so much confidence like he hasn't received anywhere else. ERIK is seeing improvements and always looks forward to his next workout! I'm so happy this place is so close to me and even if it wasn't we'd still be going there.
