I started going here six months ago after struggling mentally for years about getting myself into better shape. It can be very difficult and intimidating to sign up for any gym, but I have zero regrets! I was immediately made to feel welcome. Home gym away from my home gym. Great place great coaching great community. Gina and Holly are awesome coaches, they work with you not against you, they help you perform to your potential. The equipment is a little older but still in good shape. Mike the owner is a great guy and really cares about his box. Great family atmosphere, we were able to take part in a fundraiser for a young girl battling cancer. Overall a great place with great people. As full time travelers in a 42' 5th wheel, this crosfit gym is in my top 3
