Amazing space. Everyone was nice and helpful. The instruction was clear. The equipment is very well maintained. There’s a restroom and a small space for kiddos. There’s a water fountain. Make sure you sign the waiver.

I started going here about 3 weeks ago, and the people are lovely, encouraging, and friendly. I have asked just shy of one million questions and the answer each one with grace and knowledge. They also offer yoga once a week, and that has been great too. Overall, great place, people and the WODs kick my butt...what more can I ask for!

Great coaching and a engaging community at the 5am class this morning. You guys run an awesome program at Crossfit South Forney! I will definitely be back when in town again. Have to say though, one of the best parts was meeting this pup.
