It’s officially been a year since I joined, and it has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. I am not the same person.. physically, mentally, or emotionally. Coach Robby Gustin is way beyond amazing!! The breadth and depth of his knowledge exceeds anything I’ve experienced in most of the medical professionals around here. With one meeting, I gained awareness and insight into a life dynamic that I had underestimated. His intuitive 3-dimensional perspective is a godsend.
All the coaches are extremely helpful. They let me work at my own pace and don’t push me too hard but yet enough so that I see progress. It’s important for my personal coach to see me succeed and he gives me the tools I need.
There is no greater gym than Crossfit South Bend. If I could give more than a 5 star review I would!! Everyone is so welcoming, supportive and makes you feel like family. The coaches are phenomenal and really push you to be the best version of yourself! Even though Crossfit is a group workout, no matter what skill set you are, you can do it!! My favorite part of CrossFit South Bend is getting to see your goals become a reality.
Awesome experience here so far! Im a 40 yr old guy with two busy kids. Had a great introduction and orientation with Brandon, who clearly knows his stuff, on my first two visits. He took into account where I was in my physical fitness journey and tailored a program for me before I jumped into classes. Once classes began, I was hooked.
